Pay Leave is a smart way for any organization to manage their employees absences. Pay Leave tracks annual leave, sick leave and other time off leaves in real time.
We will assist you to setup the leave management system according to your company leave policies.
Pay Leave is a self-service system whereby, your employees apply  their leave application, On-line using a computer or smart phone.
Pay Leave will display the employee earned leave balance and accept the application to process if it meets the company policies.
The employee's leave application is sent immediately to his supervisor by email notification for approval or rejection.
Once the leave is approved by the employee's supervisor, the leave application is update in real time to the employee's leave balance.
