This application "MOS" calculator" is dedicated to analog CMOS design.
It will calculate the NMOS/PMOS transistor parameters based on your inputs :
length L, width W, current mismatch, voltage offset, drain current ID, transconductance GM, Saturation voltage VDSAT.
It supports strong and weak inversion biasing. It will also calculate the parasitic capacitances of your MOS transistor.
Indispensable tool for CMOS analog design, it is based on MOS3 equations and can fit any of your technologies as soon as you enter the technology parameters : U0, COX, minimum length, CGS0, ... found in your Hspice, Spectre or Eldo Spice models.
Easy to use you select the group of parameters you want to set, for instance : (W, L and ID) or (GM, VDSAT and Current/Voltage Mismatch) then it will calculate the other parameters, such as the size or current of your MOS transistor.
