This application was designed to run on a Android device that does not have GPS hardware. Must use wifi tether or bluetooth tether. It will pull GPS data from another Android device that is running the Droid to Droid GPSTether server application. Any application that requires GPS data will be able to utilize this application as if it were actual GPS hardware.
Instruction:
On the device with the GPS hardware:
Start wireless or bluetooth tether
Start the GPSTether server software (https://market.android.com/details?id=com.brianf21.gpstether)
Press home to keep the GPSTether server application running in the background
On the device without the GPS hardware:
Connect to the wireless or bluetooth tether
Start the GPSTether client software
Press home to the GPSTether client application running in the background
Now you can run any application that requires GPS data
