Rhapsody Mobile empowers users by providing business-critical monitoring and maintenance capabilities including:
* Counters and lists of all current alerts and error queue messages
* Details of alerts including date, state, issue type and associated component
* Dismissal and reactivation of alerts
* Ability to Access the Management Console
* Integration with Rhapsody notifications. Personalized alert emails can be configured in Rhapsody's Management Console with links to open the respective alert details within the app.
Rhapsody Mobile works with Rhapsody 5.4 and above.
