Tired of feeling drowsy every morning (or all the time)? Then Sleep Easy is for you.
Inspired by sleepyti.me, Sleep Easy counts both backwards and forwards through 90-minute sleep cycles to ensure you wake up at the end of a sleep cycle and don't interrupt your precious sleep. In fact, waking up feeling groggy is sometimes worse than not sleeping at all!
Sleep Easy calculates wake up times if you were to go to bed now or gives suggested bed times if you need to get up at a certain time. It then gives you the option to set a bedtime alarm if you wish.
The suggested wake up and bed times are colour coded so that you know how much sleep you are getting; ranging from 1 to the optimal 5-6 90-minute sleep cycles.
