Facesoft API is a free Android demo app for Facesoft’s online API. Facesoft API uses your phone’s Internet connection (4G/3G/2G/EDGE or Wi-Fi, as available) to let you send pictures to Facesoft’s online API and get back a face analysis of the images. It requires an API key which you can get for free on our website.
Functionalities:
• Face Matching: Facesoft API offers a state-of-the-art real-time face verification. By sending two images to the API, you get back a percentage match of these two images.
•Face Detection: Facesoft API offers face detection under the most adverse conditions. By sending an image to the API, you get back an image with all detected faces.
•Face Landmarks: Facesoft API offers world leading facial landmarks extraction. By sending an image to the API, you get back an image with all the extracted facial landmarks.
•Celebrity Detection: Facesoft API offers a facial recognition system on a real-world database of over 120,000 celebrities. By sending an image to the API, you get back all the detected celebrities. Even if a celebrity is not detected, you will get the closest look-alike.
We do not store any of the sent images to our servers. For more information about how we protect your privacy please check our Privacy Policy on our website.
API size limits: The request body can have a maximum size of 6MBs. For larger images we offer to our users the ability to change the images’ dimensions prior to sending them.
