The Charg App is your blockchain-based gateway to the world of electricity sharing. The app includes an Ethereum-based wallet which can currently be funded using both Ethereum and Charg Coin. The wallet works just like an Ethereum wallet only better - using the included map app, you can find an electric vehicle charging station anywhere in the world. In fact, there are over 200,000 charging stations currently listed on the map.
What makes Charg so great? Anyone in the world can set up their own Charg Station in minutes for very little cost. This means that, like Uber or Airbnb, Charg Station owners are helping to quickly build a massive network of Charg Stations without the need for expensive infrastructure like the Tesla Supercharger network. This means that, in addition to listing already existing non-Charg stations in the app, Charg App users have access to a rapidly expanding infrastructure of privately owned Charg Stations - neighborhoods, grocery stores, banks, street parking - the possibilities are endless with Charg Coin.
