Moon phases have been key visible natural calendar essential to schedule events.
PERT (Process Evaluation and Review Technique) with CPM (Critical Path Method) for Task Management and Event Management.
Guidelines for CPM / PERT :
1. Only compulsory field is Dependency node.
2. For first node no 1, Dependency need to be left blank.
3. For, rest of nodes some shorter node no should be given for Dependency field.
4. More dependency nodes can be given, seperated with comma ie 8,12,15
especially in terminal node.
5. Contact no's have been removed for permission concerns for the time being.
6. However a single number, name can be given for future sms intimation purposes.
7. Finance n spent fields are to compute CPI.
8. Days and start date fields are to compute SPI.
9. Finished status will turn the node into green color.
10. By touching node you can update information.
