Get Connected is the free, confidential helpline for young people under 25 in the UK who need help but don't know where to find it.
Our free Get Connected app gives you instant access to our helpline services for any problem or issue you may be dealing with. The app also allows you to search for organisations in your local area who can provide help or support with a wide range of issues such as housing, bullying, depression, abuse, relationship problems, self-harm, suicide, pregnancy, sexual health, addiction, sexuality, finding work or school and college issues.
Our app also includes regular fun features such as competitions and exclusive money off vouchers.
