Version 4:
Should hopefully now support Signed records
Record Origin in debug now includes SFI and Record#.
Also tidied the code quite a lot.
Version 3:
Added test CA certificates.

Note - If Merchant Name in PDOL doesn't work then try filling with numerics (I haven't been able to test this)
Also tidies up a bit. With these "improvements" it seems to have slowed down quite a bit!
