As Navi Mumbai recorded a tremendous growth, the work of the Association increased along with new memberships. The office bearers and the managing committee organized work shops, seminars, cultural programmes and also the annual property exhibition to showcase the properties in Navi Mumbai.
The Association under the able guidance of the trustees, the office bearers and the managing committee gained in reputation and credit. The Association in the year 2005 brought a bigger office at Persipolis Society, Sector-17, Vashi, Navi Mumbai with a view to give all in house facilities. This office of the Association bears a library and a fully equipped conference room with a capacity of 50 persons with audio and video facilities.
The Association at present gives 20% of the earnings as charity and many have benefited from the same.
In future the Association has plans to build a gymkhana for its members with all facilities. The Annual property exhibition 2006 was held in December 2006 where approximately 500 crores worth business was targeted and transacted. All in all the present office bearers and the managing committee members are involved in giving education to its members to build Navi Mumbai as a role model city of the future.
The Association became a member of CREDAI-Maharashtra and the Present President Shri Jamnadas Palan was unanimously nominated to the post of Vice President CREDAI-Maharashtra.
