La petició es fa a través del formulari de la web o trucant al telèfon de l’equip de voluntariat. L’equip de voluntariat es posa en contacte amb qui fa la petició i la duu a terme. La traçabilitat queda registrada i permet conèixer l’estat de totes les peticions.
