Telegram Digital Resistance (Telegram DR) is a customised version of Telegram integrating the circumvention tool Psiphon. Telegram DR is available in two versions: Telegram DR and Telegram DR Lite. Telegram DR works in exactly the same way as the Telegram app, with Telegram DR Lite taking up less space and requiring no additional permissions from users.
Telegram DR has been developed by the Moonshot Group to promote free access to information and to resist internet censorship in authoritarian states around the world. The Moonshot Group strongly supports users' rights to free expression online, and to access information free from censorship and surveillance.
