connected Field Service Workforce. Primarily used by field personnel or technicians, Service Tiket mobile
application helps one connect to the Service Tiket cloud platform seamlessly. The prime features are:
- Near real time synchronization of Tickets / Job Order from/to Service Tiket Cloud Platform.
- Ticket / Job Order life-cycle management at various stages, including status changes, raising requisitions,
commenting, classification, attachments and closure.
- Cusomer Signature & Feedback on Ticket / Job order closure.
- Complete Offline operation
