A niravana for cattle, our farm is designed by world’s leading Israeli architect with loose farming concept to keep them happily mooing and chewing all day. Our farm is equipped with the most advanced milking machines, the 2X8 Herringbone parlour imported from SCR, Israel. It senses the position of the cow, records the amount of milk delivered, and other information which it sends to the main computer. On the ground, it can milk 16 cows in 5 minutes. The cows walk into the parlour and are milked automatically by the machines. See no hands involved. Any cow showing nervousness, health issues, and teat problem is automatically left by sensors for our special vets and team to check the animal .The milk of such animal is not sold to public.
The fresh milk then passes through the PHE pipelines and is chilled to 4 º c immediately. This process preserves the milk and keeps the nutrients of the milk intact. While other cooling technology takes hours to cool the milk, the PHE does the job in seconds. The process is essential in maintaining milk quality & taste. We ensure that the milk we deliver is of the best quality and have, therefore, invested in laboratory equipments for periodic milk sample testing. Our sophisticated milk processing machines help us provide the best quality of milk products.
• The cows in our farm are not tied, nor they have cubicles, rather they roam, sit, mingle, eat and ruminate at any place wherever they are comfortable.
