UBSpa/ Universal Balance Spa is a mobile app that brings massages, alternative therapies, body, facial, hand and foot treatments directly to its users (in the comfort of your own home or vacation villa). We offer strictly professional services for wellness and beauty.
How to use the app and important information:
- Download the App
- Create your user ID and password.
NAVIGATE IN THE APP
Once you entered the application, in the upper part of the left side you will find the icon that is the main menu, by clicking on it you will find several options to navigate that are the following:
1. Log in: Login to the application by typing your username and password
2. Service: You will enter this section whenever you like to schedule a new service.
3. Schedule: This section shows you the services you have scheduled soon
4. History: This section shows you the services that you have previously taken
5. How to use: This section allows you to use the user manual in which to learn how to use the application.
6. Rules/ Disclaimers: This section allows you to consult the rules and general policies.
7. News. In this section you will find news about UBSpa
How to create a reservation
Step 1. My position
Identify your location. Important: your address will not be saved. In case you want to book more services, you would need to write again or move about 5 mts radius so google maps can identify your address again. Then Next.
Step 2. Single/ Group
Single / Is just one therapist at a specific hour.
To see the available schedules and services posisionate on the option, click and slide up or down.
Choose male therapist, women therapist or group. If you don’t specify we will confirm the first available therapist.
Important: If you don’t identify the gender of your therapist the first one available will confirm your appointment. (Male or Female)
Group/ You can create group reservations. If you wish to reserve a mixed group you would have to make a separate reservation.
You can Schedule:
1 or more therapist at the same time BUT the services have to be the same length.
1 or more therapist in a specific period of time. In those cases we consider the hours for each therapist and that way we calculate the charge, based on standard price.
Step 3. Contact & phone (Required)
Provide the client name and their cell phone number in case of any particular situation.
Step 4. Extra information (Required)
• Write down your full address with all the particular specifications so your therapist can get on time to the destination. Example: Villa with black door, passing the circle block to your left etc.
• Write any particular medical condition, allergies etc.
• When you request for the same therapist, please ask their ID number and please write it on the top. Example: RQ ID 50- Sonia
Step 5. Select type of Service, date and Time (Required)
Choose the day of your preference.
Reservations on the same day could be done in a 2 hour range. And there will subject to availability. You can make your reservation with up to 30 days in advance only.
Step 6. Select Female or Male Therapist
Choose male therapist, women therapist or group. If you don’t specify we will confirm the first available therapist.
Important: If you don’t identify the gender of your therapist the first one available will confirm your appointment. (Male or Female)
Step 7. Payment option
Choose Credit Card or PayPal option.
Confirm your reservation.
The payment goes directly to your credit card 100% charge. In case of a cancelation the following politics will apply:
48 hours previous, a 20% fine will be applied of the total of the service that was charged. After that period of time it is not refundable. In case that one of our therapist is not available, one of our UBSpa advisors will get in contact with you to give you the option that we have available.

NAVIGASIKAN DI APP
Setelah Anda memasuki aplikasi, di bagian atas sisi kiri Anda akan menemukan ikon yang menu utama, dengan mengkliknya Anda akan menemukan beberapa pilihan untuk menavigasi yang adalah sebagai berikut:
1. Login: Login ke aplikasi dengan mengetikkan username dan password Anda
2. Service: Anda akan memasuki bagian ini setiap kali Anda ingin menjadwalkan layanan baru.
3. Jadwal: Bagian ini menunjukkan Anda layanan yang telah dijadwalkan segera
4. Sejarah: Bagian ini menunjukkan Anda layanan yang sebelumnya telah mengambil
5. Cara menggunakan: Bagian ini memungkinkan Anda untuk menggunakan manual di mana untuk belajar bagaimana menggunakan aplikasi.
6. Aturan / Penyangkalan: Bagian ini memungkinkan Anda untuk berkonsultasi peraturan dan kebijakan umum.
 7. News. Pada bagian ini Anda akan menemukan berita tentang UBSpa
Cara membuat reservasi
Langkah 1. Posisi saya
Mengidentifikasi lokasi Anda. Penting: alamat Anda tidak akan disimpan. Jika anda ingin memesan layanan lebih, Anda akan perlu untuk menulis lagi atau memindahkan sekitar 5 mts radius sehingga google maps dapat mengidentifikasi alamat Anda lagi. Kemudian Next.
Langkah 2. Lajang / Grup
Tunggal / Apakah hanya satu terapis pada jam tertentu.
Untuk melihat jadwal dan layanan yang tersedia posisionate pada pilihan, klik dan geser ke atas atau bawah.
Pilih terapis laki-laki, terapis wanita atau kelompok. Jika Anda tidak menentukan kita akan mengkonfirmasi terapis pertama yang tersedia.
Penting: Jika Anda tidak mengidentifikasi jenis kelamin terapis Anda yang tersedia pertama akan mengkonfirmasi janji Anda. (Laki-laki atau perempuan)
Kelompok / Anda dapat membuat reservasi group. Jika Anda ingin memesan kelompok campuran Anda akan harus membuat reservasi terpisah.
Anda dapat Jadwalkan:
1 atau lebih terapis pada saat yang sama TAPI layanan harus sama panjang.
1 atau lebih terapis dalam jangka waktu tertentu. Dalam kasus-kasus kita mempertimbangkan jam untuk setiap terapis dan cara kita menghitung biaya, berdasarkan harga standar.
Langkah 3. Hubungi & telepon (Diperlukan)
Memberikan nama klien dan nomor ponsel mereka dalam hal terjadi situasi tertentu.
Langkah 4. Informasi tambahan (Diperlukan)
• Tuliskan alamat lengkap Anda dengan semua spesifikasi tertentu sehingga terapis Anda bisa mendapatkan tepat waktu ke tujuan. Contoh: Villa dengan pintu hitam, melewati blok lingkaran untuk Anda kiri dll
• Menulis kondisi medis tertentu, alergi dll
• Bila Anda meminta untuk terapis yang sama, silakan meminta nomor ID mereka dan silahkan menuliskannya di atas. Contoh: RQ ID 50- Sonia
Langkah 5. Pilih jenis layanan, tanggal dan waktu (Diperlukan)
Pilih hari preferensi Anda.
 Pemesanan pada hari yang sama bisa dilakukan dalam berbagai 2 jam. Dan akan tergantung pada tersedianya. Anda dapat melakukan pemesanan Anda sampai dengan 30 hari di muka saja.
Langkah 6. Pilih Wanita atau Pria Therapist
Pilih terapis laki-laki, terapis wanita atau kelompok. Jika Anda tidak menentukan kita akan mengkonfirmasi terapis pertama yang tersedia.

Opsi 7. Pembayaran Langkah
Pilih Kartu Kredit atau pilihan PayPal.
