Prosper is a program co-developed by Microfinance Institutions Network (a RBI recognized SRO for NBFC-MFIs) and Banking Financial Services Insurance Sector Skills Council (BFSI-SSC) with support from Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE) under the Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) scheme of Prime Minister Kaushal Vikas Yojna (PMKVY).
This program is targeted towards employees of the micro-credit industry who are directly in touch with customers for delivery of micro-credit. The program has three parts:
Training: This covers various aspects of customer engagement (in the context of micro-credit)
Assessment: Evaluate candidates’ understanding of key concepts covered in the training
Certification: Candidates passing the Assessment will get a certificate from BFSI SSC, MSDE and MFIN apart from other applicable benefits under PMKVY
The duration of training is about 3 hours and the candidate will appear for assessment after the completion of training.
Prosper adalah program yang dikembangkan bersama oleh Microfinance Institutions Network (RBI yang diakui SRO untuk NBFC-MFI) dan Dewan Keterampilan Sektor Asuransi Jasa Keuangan Perbankan (BFSI-SSC) dengan dukungan dari Kementerian Pengembangan Keterampilan dan Kewirausahaan (MSDE) di bawah Pengakuan Skema Prior Learning (RPL) dari Perdana Menteri Kaushal Vikas Yojna (PMKVY).
 
Program ini ditargetkan untuk karyawan industri kredit mikro yang berhubungan langsung dengan pelanggan untuk pengiriman kredit mikro. Program ini memiliki tiga bagian:
Pelatihan: Ini mencakup berbagai aspek keterlibatan pelanggan (dalam konteks kredit mikro)
Penilaian: Mengevaluasi pemahaman kandidat akan konsep-konsep utama yang tercakup dalam pelatihan
Sertifikasi: Calon yang lulus Penilaian akan mendapatkan sertifikat dari BFSI SSC, MSDE dan MFIN selain dari manfaat lain yang berlaku di bawah PMKVY
 
Durasi pelatihan adalah sekitar 3 jam dan kandidat akan muncul untuk penilaian setelah pelatihan selesai.
