While Pasal does aim at bringing buyers and sellers together, Pasal encourages physical shopping experiences over virtual shopping on the internet. Pasal provides business owners, both big and small, a platform to reach out to more customers by creating an online, searchable inventory of their products. Buyers can then search for the product they are looking for, choose from many offers from different sellers, reserve it, visit the shop and complete the transaction if the actual product meets their expectation. As soon as the transaction is complete, the buyers receive “coins” and the sellers receive “gems” depending on the amount of transaction.

What are coins and gems for?

Sellers can occasionally put up discount offers on their products. These short-lived offers allow sellers to attract buyers to their new products or to clear old stock or to simply attract customers to their store. Buyers can only claim these attractive discount offers by using their “coins”.
Gems on the other hand can be used by the sellers to promote their products through advertisements on the Naya AdNetwork (naya.com.np/advertise).
