If you already use our old nxbus mTickets app, please download this new app, go to sign-in and choose ‘Forgot your password’. On the screen displayed please ensure you enter the same email address that you used to register yourself on the old mTicket app.
If you have bought any tickets that are active or unused on the existing app, we’ll send you an email allowing you to confirm that you wish to move them over to the new app.
