(iii) The Users of Voice Snap by using the Messenger indemnify Voice Snap from liability or cause of action arising from any content transmitted through this platform
(iv) The use of Lets Reach by Users/Subscribers is subject to the appropriate laws as applicable and as determined by the laws of the land. The service is offered subject to the operating conditions prescribed by the laws of the land. Hence the service is subject to change, and within the overall compliance of policies and conditions prescribed by them.
(v) Lets Reach functionality is entirely dependent on the Telecom Networks and Telecom Service Providers from whom the telephone lines have been procured. Hence Voice Snap shall not be held responsible for the non-performance/partial/faulty performance of the functionalities or all functionalities of the product, at times.
(vi) Voice Snap reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to accept or reject Users/Subscribers at any point in time. It is not liable to provide any explanation or reason to any User/Subscriber in the event of terminating any User/Subscriber account. Voice Snap will refund any money deposited with Voice Snap after deducting for any usage or other
(vii) User/Subscriber shall not use Lets Reach in any manner that is in contravention with the Laws of India

(iii) Pengguna Snap Suara dengan menggunakan Messenger mengganti rugi Snap Suara dari tanggung jawab atau penyebab tindakan yang timbul dari konten yang dikirimkan melalui platform ini.
(iv) Penggunaan Lets Reach oleh Pengguna / Pelanggan tunduk pada hukum yang sesuai sebagaimana berlaku dan sebagaimana ditentukan oleh hukum negara. Layanan ini ditawarkan dengan tunduk pada kondisi operasi yang ditentukan oleh hukum negara. Oleh karena itu, layanan ini dapat berubah, dan dalam kepatuhan keseluruhan kebijakan dan ketentuan yang ditentukan oleh mereka.
(v) Fungsi Ayo Jangkau sepenuhnya tergantung pada Jaringan Telekomunikasi dan Penyedia Layanan Telekomunikasi dari siapa saluran telepon telah diperoleh. Oleh karena itu, Snap Suara tidak akan bertanggung jawab atas kinerja fungsionalitas yang tidak kinerja / parsial / salah atau semua fungsi produk, pada waktu-waktu tertentu.
(vi) Snap Suara berhak, atas kebijakannya sendiri, untuk menerima atau menolak Pengguna / Pelanggan kapan saja. Tidak bertanggung jawab untuk memberikan penjelasan atau alasan apa pun kepada Pengguna / Pelanggan dalam hal penghentian akun Pengguna / Pelanggan apa pun. Snap Suara akan mengembalikan uang yang disetor dengan Snap Suara setelah dikurangi untuk penggunaan apa pun
(vii) Pengguna / Pelanggan tidak akan menggunakan Lets Reach dengan cara apa pun yang bertentangan dengan Hukum India
