The application provides users with the ability to identify if HGVs’ (trucks with 5 axle or more) with the city cordon have a valid permit to be there during the hours of 07.00-19.00 seven days a week. If the users find that the HGV does not have a valid permit the user can then report the infringement via the App to Dublin City Council.
