At Check-out the caregiver completes the check list of services provided to the consumer and a summary is transmitted to our servers. If the caregiver’s cell phone is not in tower range, the data will be transmitted when the phone connects to the next cell tower. If the caregiver is offline, our App may direct them to use our integrated telephony service. We can find caregivers who do not enter the home and caregivers that leave their shifts early.
