this app reminds you every 20 minutes to look away from the screen which follows the 20-20-20 rule, this helps to prevent eye strains, I programmed the app to only work for a day, so before when you sleep please remember to turn the reminder off and reactivate it when waking up.
I programmed it for a day because for days that you aren't paying a lot of attention to your app you wont be annoyed with the reminders.
only works for android 7 and under.
