Macro Wars is a zero funded ongoing personal project.
It aims to bring a similar level of multi-tasking and quick thinking required by modern fast paced PC strategy games to touch screen devices, and also be accessible to casual players with simple game mechanics.

This game is still in development.
Due to the multiplayer nature of Macro Wars and the inability to test on a
larger scale, I have released the game at this stage in development
1. To see if there is much appeal for a game like this on smart devices.
2. Improve the game in areas that matter most to players.
Many Elements of the game will likely be altered to improve game play.
Graphics and sound are also a work in progress.

Added new Bonus Blocks. Get instant upgrades when specific blocks are destroyed. All Bonus Blocks are highlighted when the game is starting and are mirrored just like the terrain.
Also lots of bug fixes from problems detected while testing across a high latency connection.
If you can't find players at the moment please try the Single Player no AI or invite a friend or two to try out the multiplayer.
