Amplifi allows users to request songs and discover music through collaborative social playlists.
Playlist hosts can be DJs, radio/TV hosts, house party hosts or you, just trying to get friends to spice up your playlist.
Key Playlist Features
- Create a playlist of your choice - Location-specific or Global
- Find and join a host's playlist
- Add and up-vote songs you want your host to play
- Discover songs added by other guests
- See who added and voted each song
- See and connect with other guests in the comments section of each playlist
- Playback songs in the playlist at your convenience (if you have a valid subscription with your music provider - Apple Music & Spotify)
- Hosts such as DJs, can grow and retain follower-ship, week after week
General Features
- Don't just listen to songs you love, post them as Favorites on your profile for friends to see
- Influence the music played by DJs and hosts performing around you when you join their Amplifi playlist
- Gain points and build your music reputation (shown on your profile) whenever another guest up-votes a song you added
- Identify songs playing around you in real-time using the Genie feature
