UTS MOBILE TICKETING on mobile app is an android mobile ticketing app to book unreserved train tickets.
By accepting the Terms & Conditions or by otherwise using the Service or the website, it would be deemed that the concerned person is at least Seventeen years of age and have not been previously suspended or removed from the Services by Indian Railway. The Person represents and warrants that he has the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this Agreement and to abide by all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The person shall not impersonate any other person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent identity, age or affiliation with any other person or entity.
Pre-requisites to avail the UTS MOBILE TICKETING app service: 
Presently, UTS MOBILE TICKETING app is available in Android, Windows & iOS versions. 
The Smartphone should have good GPRS connectivity. 
In order to avail paperless mode of tickets, the Smartphone should be GPS enabled.
Registration Process:
User Registration for availing the above services can be done through the UTS MOBILE TICKETING app or the website (https://www.utsonmobile.indianrail.gov.in).
The passenger needs to provide information like Mobile Number, Name, Password, Gender, Date of Birth for the one time registration process.
The mobile application would send an OTP to the mobile number specified against the USER ID field to ensure the validity of the mobile number. After successful registration, an SMS will be sent informing the user about the successful registration. A zero-balance R-Wallet account would be activated.
Login Process:
After the registration, the passenger needs to enter the credentials in the login page for entering into the UTS MOBILE TICKETING app.

6. Show Booked Ticket:
Using 'show ticket' feature the ticket can be showed to the TTE(Travelling Ticket Examiner) or TC. Off-line mode is also available to show the paperless ticket if Internet connection not available in the mobile.
Note:-
Paperless ticket booking(Book and Travel) is not allowed inside train or within station premises to avoid ticket booking just by seeing TTE(Travelling Ticket Examiner) or TC.
For booking of paperless ticket user should be away from Station premises/Railway track.
For Paper Ticket(Book and Print) mode of booking, It is mandatory to take printout of the ticket from ATVM/CoTVM kiosks or General Booking counters at station before boarding the Train.
Login Process:

यूटीएस मोबाइल टिकट ऐप सेवा का लाभ उठाने के लिए पूर्व-आवश्यकताएं: to
वर्तमान में, यूटीएस मोबाइल टिकेटिंग ऐप एंड्रॉइड, विंडोज और आईओएस संस्करणों में उपलब्ध है। 
Smartphone में अच्छी GPRS कनेक्टिविटी होनी चाहिए। 
टिकटों के पेपरलेस मोड का लाभ उठाने के लिए, स्मार्टफ़ोन को GPS सक्षम होना चाहिए।
पंजीकरण की प्रक्रिया:
उपरोक्त सेवाओं का लाभ उठाने के लिए उपयोगकर्ता पंजीकरण यूटीएस मोबाइल टिकट ऐप या वेबसाइट (https://www.utsonmobile.indianrail.gov.in) के माध्यम से किया जा सकता है।
यात्री को एक बार पंजीकरण प्रक्रिया के लिए मोबाइल नंबर, नाम, पासवर्ड, लिंग, जन्म तिथि जैसी जानकारी प्रदान करनी होगी।
मोबाइल एप्लिकेशन मोबाइल नंबर की वैधता सुनिश्चित करने के लिए USER ID फ़ील्ड के विरुद्ध निर्दिष्ट मोबाइल नंबर पर एक OTP भेजेगा। सफल पंजीकरण के बाद, उपयोगकर्ता को सफल पंजीकरण के बारे में सूचित करने के लिए एक एसएमएस भेजा जाएगा। एक शून्य-शेष आर-वॉलेट खाता सक्रिय हो जाएगा।
लॉगिन प्रक्रिया:
पंजीकरण के बाद, यात्री को यूटीएस मोबाइल टिकेटिंग ऐप में प्रवेश करने के लिए लॉगिन पृष्ठ में क्रेडेंशियल दर्ज करना होगा।

6. बुक किया हुआ टिकट दिखाएं:
'शो टिकट' सुविधा का उपयोग करके टिकट को टीटीई (यात्रा टिकट परीक्षक) या टीसी को दिखाया जा सकता है। अगर मोबाइल में इंटरनेट कनेक्शन उपलब्ध नहीं है तो पेपरलेस टिकट दिखाने के लिए ऑफ-लाइन मोड भी उपलब्ध है।
ध्यान दें:-
टीटीई (ट्रैवलिंग टिकट एग्जामिनर) या टीसी देखकर टिकट बुकिंग से बचने के लिए ट्रेन के अंदर या स्टेशन परिसर के भीतर पेपरलेस टिकट बुकिंग (बुक एंड ट्रैवल) की अनुमति नहीं है।
पेपरलेस टिकट की बुकिंग के लिए उपयोगकर्ता को स्टेशन परिसर / रेलवे ट्रैक से दूर होना चाहिए।
बुकिंग के पेपर टिकट (बुक और प्रिंट) मोड के लिए, ट्रेन में चढ़ने से पहले स्टेशन पर एटीवीएम / सीओटीवीएम कियोस्क या जनरल बुकिंग काउंटर से टिकट का प्रिंटआउट लेना अनिवार्य है।
लॉगिन प्रक्रिया:
पंजीकरण के बाद, यात्री को utsonmobile ऐप में प्रवेश करने के लिए लॉगिन पृष्ठ में क्रेडेंशियल दर्ज करना होगा।
