The Board is the second highest organ of the Uganda National NGO Forum after the General Assembly. It is elected by the General Assembly, which is the supreme authority in as far as renewing the UNNGOF leadership and its strategic direction. It comprises of 11 members made up of the following:
Chairperson
Vice Chairperson
Treasurer
Secretary (ex-officio – Executive Director, Uganda National NGO Forum)
Representatives of constituencies, and
Two Independent Members
