Detailing about the App:
Login with the BLO credentials and the list of electors are displayed with their EPIC number, Name, Serial Number, House number and section number. Select a particular EPIC by clicking on the EPIC number or if the EPIC number /serial number is know that can be entered in the textbox provided on the top of the page. After selecting a particular record the elector details are displayed in an non-editable format under EPIC details section and BLO’s are supposed to enter the current house number, Notional number and Sub-notional number (if the notional number allocated to an apartment or multistoried building than each flat in such case shall be allotted an sub-notional number) and the record is to be submitted in the Enter EPIC data section. The record once updated can be edited. And the notional number allotted in this app should mandatorily be matched with the notional number provided on the GIS maps at the time of marking the section boundaries done prior to this survey.
The collection of Notional Number using this app in two different ways:
Mobile app -Online Mode
Mobile app – Offline Mode
Mobile app – Online Mode: The above procedure is done when the mobile network is on, due to which the data is directly updated into the database.
Mobile app – Offline Mode: The above procedure is done when the mobile network is off, due to which the data is stored in pending to upload option and then later on the data is to be uploaded into the database by clicking on the upload option.

बीएलओ क्रेडेंशियल्स के साथ लॉगिन करें और इलेक्टर्स की सूची उनके ईपीआईसी नंबर, नाम, सीरियल नंबर, हाउस नंबर और सेक्शन नंबर के साथ प्रदर्शित करें। ईपीआईसी नंबर पर क्लिक करके किसी विशेष ईपीआईसी का चयन करें या यदि ईपीआईसी नंबर / सीरियल नंबर पता है जो पृष्ठ के शीर्ष पर दिए गए पाठ बॉक्स में दर्ज किया जा सकता है। एक विशेष रिकॉर्ड का चयन करने के बाद ईपीआईसी विवरण अनुभाग के तहत गैर-संपादन योग्य प्रारूप में निर्वाचक विवरण प्रदर्शित किए जाते हैं और बीएलओ को वर्तमान मकान नंबर, नोटिअल नंबर और उप-नोटिअल नंबर दर्ज करना चाहिए (यदि अपार्टमेंट या मल्टीस्टेरिड बिल्डिंग को आवंटित की गई नोटरी संख्या) ऐसे मामले में प्रत्येक फ्लैट की तुलना में एक उप-नंबरी नंबर आवंटित किया जाएगा) और रिकॉर्ड ईपीआईसी डेटा अनुभाग में प्रस्तुत किया जाना है। एक बार अपडेट किए गए रिकॉर्ड को संपादित किया जा सकता है। और इस ऐप में आवंटित नोटरी नंबर को अनिवार्य रूप से इस सर्वेक्षण से पहले किए गए अनुभाग सीमाओं को चिह्नित करने के समय जीआईएस मानचित्रों पर प्रदान की गई सूचनात्मक संख्या के साथ मेल खाना चाहिए।

मोबाइल ऐप - ऑनलाइन मोड: मोबाइल नेटवर्क चालू होने पर उपरोक्त प्रक्रिया की जाती है, जिसके कारण डेटा को सीधे डेटाबेस में अपडेट किया जाता है।
मोबाइल ऐप - ऑफलाइन मोड: मोबाइल नेटवर्क बंद होने पर उपरोक्त प्रक्रिया की जाती है, जिसके कारण डेटा अपलोड विकल्प में लंबित हो जाता है और फिर बाद में डेटा को अपलोड विकल्प पर क्लिक करके डेटाबेस में अपलोड किया जाता है।
