A website is designed where a dairy may be registered with the Dairy Code and the account of dairy may be activated. After activation of dairy account the dairy can manage the Members, Milk Collection, Sales of Cattle Feed and Accounts of Members. A summary of members, credit side and debit side members and credit debit amount should be shown on the home page. The Members, Rate Chart, Milk Collection, Local Sale, Sales of Cattle Feed, Sale to Plant, Reports and Accounts of Members may be managed in following ways:
Members:
A member is who supplies the milk to dairy. So first of all, the member should be registered in the dairy. Member should be registered by Member Code, Member Name, Address, Milk Type, Mobile No., Email Address, Aadhar Number, Bank Account Number and Bank IFSC Code. A user id and password should also be generated during member registration to login the member account in future.
Rate Chart:
After registering the members in the dairy then the next step will be Rate Chart entry to calculate the milk amount. The rate chart may be set by the dairy by selecting the option whether the dairy needs same rate chart for cow and buffalo or separate. The dairy owner may also set the range of FAT where minimum FAT and maximum FAT should be set first before generating the rate chart.
