Instructions
Long-press on your home screen background to open the wallpaper chooser
Select Live Wallpapers
Select
Photo Stream Live Wallpaper
Select Set wallpaper
Settings
To open up settings, do the steps above, except instead of setting the wallpaper (last step), select Settings
To use your own images, uncheck Use default images and browse for the folder containing your images
Play around with the other settings
Select Save to review your changes
Select Set wallpaper to apply
