Main design objectives are Speed, Simplicity and Security.
Users have multiple options to protect their privacy. DuckDuckGo is the default search engine. Users can block 3rd party cookies or their location access. Users can also use the Incognito Mode or can turn on the proxy.
Along with this Jioo comes with a whole lot of features that you would expect in a full featured Web Browser. Whether it be to optimize the reading mode, or muliple search engines including Google, Baidu and Yandex, or multiple User Agents, or importing bookmarks from other browsers, or multiple display modes.
