Really simple club management
Rally helps your sport or social club stay organized, communicate, and get to events. Use Rally to share details of upcoming events, manage attendance, arrange carpools and broadcast messages.
Easy Scheduling
Rally makes it easy to create and share your club's events. You can create a single event, or use powerful rules to create repeating events. Editing events works just like your favourite calendar app, you can edit a single event, the current and future events, or all the events in the series.
When you create or update an event, Rally automatically notifies all your club members, so when your plans change at the last-minute, you can be confident that your members will know what's happening.
Carpooling
When your club needs to get to a far away place, Rally lets your club's members organize their own carpools.
Any club member can offer a ride by listing the times and places where they can pick people up, then anyone else can choose the carpool that works for them. No carpools available? Join the waitlist to be automatically added to the next available carpool.
Reminders
Club admins know that getting members to RSVP to events can be tricky. Rally automatically reminds people of upcoming events three days ahead of time.
Reminders include the name of the event and your current RSVP. If no RSVP is set, Rally will encourage the recipient to respond.
