Few people really expected Hillary Clinton to be prosecuted for her actions with her email server no matter how careless she was and no matter how much sensitive information was compromised. Still, for the average American there were millions who expected some form of punishment but instead we saw another example of the privileged elite being allowed to exemptions from laws that would have landed us "commoners" behind bars.
