Description of Ambre

Tristan Malory is an ordinary salary-man, caught into the same routine of “commute, work, sleep” since the departure of his wife. That is until he meets Ambre, a sweet and naïve little girl who happens to be homeless. Touched, he decides to shelter her for the moment. Their cohabitation quickly becomes very strange, if not creepy, until the story breaks apart to reveal a terrible secret.

  It was disgusting to have her pictured as a child. Even if it was his wife in the end it showed her still in a child's body and then to have him have sex with her, it made me uncomfortable. It was an interesting story but a horrible idea to have her in a child's innocent body.

  I liked it, but it's not good. This game feels as if it was written by a friend of mine in year six— it's an edgy story with interesting ideas, quirky twists, and pretentiously charming writing, but a fatally amateurish and rushed style and an apparent lack of tact while handling very sensitive topics. The use of subtlety is abysmal; the writing was too blatant with the fact that something was wrong. Immersion is lost, but charm is witheld. Potential is there, but needs heavy improvement.

  I've read this about one and a half times. I thought it was very good but also very very strange in an almost unsettling way the first time I tried to read it. However, I decided to try again and finished it and really loved it.
