  It has potential, but since it's obvious that it's stripped down from the JP version, it's my hope that future updates will add what was missing like character customization and the PC version

  Pretty good so far, hopefully Sega keeps it updated in English. Very simple and straightforward, finds a match quick. Odd that they decided to bring it over here now, since apparently the app came out in 2013 in Japan(according to a Google search). The app does feel a little dated in appearance, but works fine. No real complaints. Commentary in English is hilariously cheesy, in the best possible way. Almost makes the whole game for me, because it's so over the top for something so mundane. Would like a simple tutorial, with a glossary of terms and list of possible hands(similar to what has been included in the Yakuza games). Would be helpful for newer players, and people like me that can't remember what half the terminology means.

  Great localization from the Japanese version. Match making is quick and gameplay is fast paced enough. The commentator is spectacular. The voice is actually easy to understand, explaining well of how player performs and its really fun to listen to the commentary. Lack of any customization (including the gacha mechanic) is unfortunate. But for a first step, its really well done.

  Didn't even get to starting a match before this app was utter trash. I just wanted to play the game, screw you sega, stop over complicating phone games. This is for playing on the toilet not esports.
