This app is one of the many that falls in the "useless" category.
You can raise the click counter by pressing the "Push Me!" button.
You can reset your progress to 0 by pressing the "Reset" button.
There is a progress bar under the click counter that will fill up until you hit 100.000 clicks.
Clicking progress is saved locally so closing the app won't reset your click counter.
We recommend that you don't invest your time in this app.
It's really not worth it.
The ending is quite anti-climactic so to speak.
