  You can obviously tell from the increasingly insane difficulty to enjoy and finish the VIP partys for the party characters that the developer is only looking for your money to roll for special characters. You can play for all three or four days on the party but fail to finish one single level. I've been playing a lot RNGs and have never seen one that requires such an amount of "LUCK" in order to win. It's not about how good you understand the game, just LUCK and MONEY.
