Description of Warpometer - Star Trek Speedometer

Warpometer is a STAR TREK themed speedometer (unofficial). It lets you pretend that you are in a starship by showing and telling you what your warp factor is.
The app uses the GPS receiver in your phone/tablet to obtain your speed and display it in a fun way:
* 1-9 mph = Impulse Power
* 10-19 mph = Warp 1
* 20-29 mph = Warp 2
* etc.
App Features:
* Fun sound effects & visuals
* Voice clips that notify you of your warp speed
* Display of your warp speed on a connected Bluetooth device (Android 5.0 required)
* Replaceable sound clips (use your own!)
* Background audio - listen to your warp speed while using your favorite mapping app
* Automatic scaling of display (including tablets)
* Other fun surprises
* No ads
Have some fun during your daily travels with Warpometer!

    Hell yeah! Personally, I do the same thing but before 55mph, it's the impulse scale (10-50mph). At 55mph I translate highway speeds to the TNG warp scale. 55=warp 1 & so forth (acting asymptotically, of course) Killer app! Also love the CDR Sulu clips from ST IV (complete w/padd drop from Capt. Spock's console!!) Keep adding what ya can! #LLAP! 🖖😁

    Very good speedometer to display to all my passengers on my commercial highway bus lol. Just connect phone to TV screen and open this app and drive

    It doesn't work on my phone. It keeps scanning and ends up asking me to simulate GPS position. Plus there is still no TNG sound or skin available after a year or so. I just think there is no longer a dev on the project. Truly sad.

    Use it all the time. Great fun. A novelty no Star Trek fan should miss.
