You are marooned on the shores of an infinite blocky world. Explore, mine resources, craft tools and weapons, make traps and grow plants.   I love the 1st game, and expected huge additions. Barely anything added animal wise. Extremely disappointing. Also the removal of most stone tools like the rake, shovel, pickaxe adds more trouble than it's replacment the "primitive stone axe" which sucks in comparison of the past stone tools. Experience is not needed in this type of game it really limits the player. Why not add diving gear, abandoned structures, jungle biome, clams with addition of sea urchins, etc. Absolute booty cheek!!!!

  Do yourself a favor and stick to the first one. This one is terrible in comparison. Takes hours and hours to achieve anything and you lose it all and start over from scratch anytime you die. Which happens often due to the bad controls and bugs. The leveling system is garbage. You'll pretty much always be stuck at level one. And all the good craftable items are locked behind higher levels. Hard pass on this one

  Great game, but what blows my mind is the lack of foraging in this game. Honestly gonna throw me in a world and all I can do to eat is have to sneak up on birds or some how kill a moose that runs away and fights back? If that's the case, slow down the hunger system or something.

  I've played this game since it's launch over 10 years ago. It's always the first game I download when I get a new device. It's very simple and satisfying to play, with the updates over time making it even better. I look forward to seeing how much better it continues to get as it grows
