Its not very fun and its literally exactly like downwell, this is pretty much a copy, even some of the animations are the same

It's a great game, but needs very slight improvements. It's hard to tell when enemies hit you, some guns are about to shoot without having any ammo, and the boss of the 4th level just disappears and never comes back. Other than that, the game is amazing. Super simple but super challenging, a lot more fun than others like it, and there is a lot of variety with how you can play the game.

The ui could be improved: the ammo display is small for beimg such an important aspect, this coupled with the lack of indication of the real amount of ammo can be problematic at times. The animation for jumping could be improved, the spinning is counter intuitive to the fact that you always shoot down. The art for the enemis does not always stand out, often I do not notice that an enemy is right above me. The haptic feedback should be toggleable. Overall good though, nitpicks aside.

Better than precursors like downwell and towerfortress although not as good looking. This has a better gameplay flow and cloud saves, and so far the dev has not abandoned it.

It's the same thing as Downwell even some shooting animations are the same, the controls are the same, the ''style'' you have to choose before playing is pratically the same and also th upgrade system is straight up from the other game. The only difference is that while in downwell you have to go down, in farewell you have to go up. I didn't play all of it because clearly the first minutes of the game made me think it's a rip off, one look at the controls, gameplay and upgrade system.. Downwell.
