You're in a city and you have guns. You can do something illegal (in which case the police will start wanting you), but you can also make legal activities, such as racing 2 types of vehicles (car and boat).
There are also some "robbable" safes on the map. It gave you money. With money you can buy 5 vehicles, 4 cars and 1 "airplane", which is a futuristic flying bike. And there’s also a GREAT place on the map where guards keep very valuable things.
