  Weird game that penalises players for being active. If you're more active by checking in frequently, you end up making inactive players richer and their properties more valuable. End up, you've an even harder time taking over their properties as their value keeps increasing. When others buys over your properties (you can't refuse), you'll get back less resources than what you'd invested. Unless there're other players who check in there regularly. Game seems to encourage players to be inactive.
