  Development of the game is non-existent - literally nothing of interest in 5 years. On top of that, any small changes they try to make end up being a monumental mess. The incompetence of the guys running this game is quite simply staggering - you really have to see it to believe it. But save yourself the bother and DON'T. You are forced to buy 2 players every 2 weeks to compete at the top and yet it is impossible to beat someone even only one level above. Customer service is TERRIBLE. I mean seriously terrible. You write to ask a question and they send you an insult in reply - it sounds like I am exaggerating, I can assure you I am not. They have recently taken to banning people for 24 hours when they question or challenge the match-fixing. Again, not a word of exaggeration and a clear abuse of power. This game is as far away from the spirit of rugby you could possibly get. What used to be a fun, strategy-based rugby game is now overrun by a cabal of cheats with the developers' knowledge and seal of approval. Long-time players are leaving in droves. Truly unbelievable. AVOID.

  Quite simply the worst customer support I've ever experienced in a game of any kind. You have to spend money (and a lot of it) to progress to the top levels of the game, and customer support still treats you like scum. Log a support ticket, and they'll give you a canned response that's 4 years old and doesn't answer your question. Took them 20 days to respond to my ticket, gave a senseless answer, and when I complained, they told me they'll delete my team. I'm a paying player of 4 years. Done.

  Crappy. Glitches, very low rewards, slow game. ⭐ average means NOTHING, it's useless. Uninstalling atm, maybe I'll get it again when the game is fixed

  If you like systematic cheating (match-fixing), developers in cahoots with players and actively abusing their powers to ban or punish teams arbitrarily, pathetic game development, quite simply the WORST customer service the world has EVER seen, outdone only by a staggering level of incompetence at even the smallest attempt at a biannual shoddy patch and a general attitude that is as far away from the spirit of the great game of rugby as you can possibly imagine then this is the game for you.

  The level of incompetency and rudeness of the developers and support staff is staggering.. Untested updates rolled out that do not work. They change the game engine every few weeks so any strategy you had made now doesn't work. If you want to be top level you have to pay £10/week to play the game and even then they will randomly deduct points from you and threaten to ban you if you question it.. whilst at the same time allowing other favoured teams to continually cheat and do nothing about it.
