  The devs are terrible at helping with issues. Really don't care. if you are not in a Chinese alliance you don't get help at all. Still haven't updated this game in 2 years. Wouldn't recommend playing if you get bored easily.

  Already tried your support. No help. How convenient that the US server goes down with no warning and locks out all the players except the Chinese players. We get wiped out while we can't log into the game, lose months of progress, lose millions of troops, lose hundreds of millions of CP and they send us a worthless apology and Crystal's to train 6k troops as compensation. Completely unacceptable that 37 games takes no responsibility to make it right.

  Been playing this game coming up to 2 years Very biased game if your chinese all advantages to them and as stated many times in reviews it is a p2p game other wise you wont get any where and all chinese players have advantage in that aspect as all there packs are cheaper and devs will not take responsibility if game messes up due to their lack of proper maintenance of servers only thing that keeps you hooked on playing is the friends made in game otherwise would have quit along time ago appallin
