Description of Mining

Version 0.1 beta.
Create your colony, dig mines to extract minerals, cultivated the land for food and produce tools and weapons to defend it.
Instructions:
To select single cell: do single tap on the map.
To select an area: first select a cell, then double tap on the opposite corner.
Cells already selected will be deleted.

  Essential Newby instructions. double clicking storage boxes causes a crash, so only single click them to open and manage a bins storage management. doors must be place on bare rock or soil ie no floor present or it wont place. also requires a wall to be built either side of where the door is going to be placed. Also it is essential that you mine the blue gems to smelt iron ingots so that you can make nails to be able to make doors in the first place. By clicking a dwarf and then pressing the grey dwarf icon in the bottom right corner you can change the job of the dwarf, also the dwarfs skills actually level up over time and they seem to have health stats also. collect blue gems to forge steel. first thing you must do is is build a wood workshop to be able to make more planks. it may be constructed on bare floor, all other workshops will require a floor to be built on. regular workers are responsible for building brick walls, this has an advantage over stone walls which will be made by the miner, who will no doubt be very very busy mining. Jams. dig 2 blocks wide to stop your dwarves log jamming.cancel their jobs to fix this most of the time.

  it looks like it could be alot of fun, but it takes forever. you can click on something and wait upwards of 40 seconds waiting for the game to actually select it.
