Jewels randomly appear on the game board. Select two that match to crush and remove them. As the game progresses, Jewels appear faster and faster. You've got to be quick or else the game board will fill up and it will be Game Over.
The Bonus Jewel is there to help you. Match and crush a pair of Jewels that are the same as the Bonus Jewel to remove all Jewels of that type.
How long can you last? How high can you score? Be warned, it gets frantic...
