  I thought that when I started the game you would have cooldown timers from cash collecting however I just got cash instantaneously. Seems like you do not have to put a lot of effort into this game to get what you want.

  Everytime I update my city your game crashes have been sending crash reports and nothing changes I am a very high level player and I am very close to deleting all idle games from my devices this has been going on now for 2 weeks and not happy with the new updates no help with problems or crashes ben happening for about 2 weeks now. Now its may and nothing is fixed i cant upgrade my city because it crashes everytime I try yeah what fun

  Another problem. When this game works, I love it. New update this week, another problem. Why update if it locks things up. Now it's one of the daily events. And you had finally fixed the buy all updates... only now I can only but 1000 at a time but it doesn't lock anymore. Edited... they don't seem interested in making things work properly when updating so I think I am done.. it's just more frustrating than it is worth!

  I love the app and I love the grind to better my properties. However when watching Ads for more money half of the time they do not work. The issue is that watching Ads is where almost all of the money comes from so it's close to impossible to make upgrades without them. Fix the Ad issue and the game would be amazing.

  Was an ok game until recent update where my progress just froze for over two weeks, not able to move forward. Emailed the help desk and only to be told they cannot help as it is up to the developers to fix the issue, and that they will not be responding if I have the same query. Obviously customer care is non existence here.
