Prevent the colored balls/bubbles from reaching the Turrets at the base by firing them with Laser beams. A bubble is only destroyed by a laser beam if the laser beam's color is same as the ball's color. Change Laser beam color by tapping on bottom colored Balls.
Destroy the bubbles by tapping on the turrets, once the turrets are touched, they activate and shoot out their laser beams to destroy the bubbles.
