  I've checked everything and it won't let me turn on any permission in the app settings.it wont let me connect to internet. I cannot get my gems that I earn. I also paid for Vip. Have lost my purchases several times. I need to be able to get my gems. There is no option to turn permissions on.. PLEASE HELP

  The most unfair game app I've ever played! What's the purpose of playing and winning as the 1st to reach the finish line, getting 3 stars and can't claim the reward when I'm offline? I can online claim my reward if I would go online and watch a video ad or buy gems using money. Damn! I connected my phone to Wi-Fi, I played again and got 3 stars after the race but the reward did not show up, only a video ad. This game app was not published to entertain, it's for the devs to gain money! Gosh
