To prepare store-bought couscous, line the bottom of a casserole dish with 3 cups (710 mL) of couscous spread in a thin layer. Bring 4.5 cups (1,100 mL) of water to a boil, then add salt and oil to the water. Carefully pour the water into the casserole dish with the couscous, then cover the dish with plastic wrap. After 15 minutes, remove the plastic wrap and fluff the couscous with a fork. After that, it’s ready to serve!
